By purchasing, creating an account, or using the VoyagoSites platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
VoyagoSites may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
VoyagoSites is a website hosting and design platform operated by Moonshot Endeavors Limited (dba VoyagoSites), based in Colorado, USA. We provide subscribers with access to pre-built website frameworks, managed hosting, and support tools tailored for travel professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using VoyagoSites, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@voyagosites.com.
VoyagoSites reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for illegal or abusive activity.
VoyagoSites operates on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected during checkout.
There is no free trial period.
Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another designated payment processor.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of immediate provisioning and digital access, no refunds will be issued once your website is created or your account has been activated. Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund past charges.
All software, frameworks, templates, plugins, and proprietary materials within the VoyagoSites platform remain the exclusive property of Moonshot Endeavors Limited. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials while your account is active.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including text, images, and branding materials. By using the Service, you grant VoyagoSites a limited license to host, display, and back up your content as necessary to operate the platform.
Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, your website will be disabled and may be permanently deleted after a reasonable period. You are responsible for exporting any content you wish to keep before your account closure.
VoyagoSites maintains regular system-level backups for operational integrity but does not guarantee restoration of individual websites or content. Users are solely responsible for exporting and backing up their own materials.
You agree not to use VoyagoSites for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose, including but not limited to:
Posting or distributing adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
Promoting hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Uploading malware, spam, or malicious code
Violating intellectual property rights or trademarks
Engaging in or promoting illegal activity
VoyagoSites reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these standards.
VoyagoSites relies on third-party tools and integrations (including, but not limited to, Stripe, Elementor, Rewardful, and other WordPress plugins). We are not responsible for any downtime, feature changes, or data loss caused by these third-party services.
We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. From time to time, maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause brief downtime. VoyagoSites is not responsible for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonshot Endeavors Limited (dba VoyagoSites), its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoyagoSites and its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
In all cases, VoyagoSites’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to VoyagoSites in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
VoyagoSites offers an affiliate program that allows approved partners to earn commissions on referred purchases.
Participation is subject to separate affiliate terms and compliance with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and FTC disclosure guidelines.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time and to withhold commissions for fraudulent or abusive activity.
VoyagoSites may modify its pricing, features, or available subscription plans at any time. Price or feature changes will not apply retroactively to already-paid periods. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately end.
Certain new or experimental features may be offered in beta form. Such features are provided “as-is” without warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VoyagoSites regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
VoyagoSites may display, reference, or link to client websites created on the platform for marketing and portfolio purposes. This includes use in our website gallery, social media posts, educational materials, and promotional content.
If you prefer not to have your website featured, you may request removal at any time by contacting support@voyagosites.com, and we will honor your request promptly.
